PRIMARY SKILLS: Design, development, and testing of web-based and database applications. Responsible for developing software from design to implementation, working with in-house team and directly with clients, and meeting project deadlines in timely and professional manner. Experience in working with Open Source and Internet Technologies.

DESIRED SKILLS: PHP, .NET, AJAX, Relational Databases, Advanced HTML concepts, website/application and mobile design.

Quadsimia has joined other software developers and Internet companies in their campaign to eliminate use of Internet Explorer 6 by discontinuing support for it with our new product releases and current product updates.

Our website will also detect when visitors are using IE6 and offer them the ability to download from a selection of more modern web browsers.

Version 6 of the Microsoft web browser has long since been replaced by newer Internet Explorers - version 7 and version 8. These versions and other browser offerings by Mozilla, Apple, Opera, and Google are less buggy and better support Web Standards. This enables quicker development cycles and for more advanced web technologies to be used on projects.

The Great American Irish Festival (GAIF) will be held on July 25, 26, and 27. This is Quadsimia's 4^th year sponsoring the 5 year event.

A side from allowing users to search, filter, and display official race results and statistics the enhanced interface allows users to view an interactive map of the race course and search for past results, dating back to the past 10 years. The goal of the interface was to make it simple to find the runners and results. Color coding, filtering, partial matching, first or last name, city, state, country, sex, and age group searches are all easily done with a few mouse clicks.

In addition to browsing the tabular results, Quadsimia has connected the results to the Google Maps system. "It's a very interesting and fun way to see the hometowns of runners around the globe who participated in the BoilerMaker; and really see the true world-wide reach this great race has.", said Rocco Fernalld - Quadsimia project manager on the race results web interface, "Feedback from users has been tremendous and Quadsimia looks forward to being involved in next year's race." Established in 1976, the Boilermaker has been selected by Runners World Magazine and Roadrunners' Clubs of America as one of the top races in the country, and has also been noted as one of the country's largest 15K Road Race.
